Coordinated and facilitated a 5-day gender strategic planning meeting for SOS Children’s Villages Norway as an independent consultant. Preparatory assignments were for 3 months leading up to the meeting, covering East and Southern African countries (Tanzania, Uganda, Malawi, Mozambique, Zambia and Zimbabwe). A report was prepared and submitted. SOS Children’s Villages Uganda and Namibia Coordinated and facilitated 5-day Strategic Planning meetings for SOS Children’s Villages Uganda and Namibia. We were nominated and then selected to be a lead Facilitator as part of the Africa and Middle East (AFME) team.
